1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GetUnburden platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and GetUnburden. By creating an account or accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Medical Disclaimer

GetUnburden is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service provides tools for self-reflection, journaling, mood tracking, and peer community support. It does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, suicidal thoughts, or a crisis, please call emergency services immediately (e.g., 108 in India, 911 in the US) or contact a mental health crisis helpline:

  • India: Vandrevala Foundation Helpline — 1860 266 2345 / 1800 233 3330 (24x7)
  • India: iCall Helpline — 9152987821 (Mon–Sat, 10am–8pm)
  • US: 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — call or text 988
  • UK: Samaritans — 116 123

Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you read on GetUnburden.
